NEO Mail & Package Services – Student Guide

📍 Where do I pick up my mail/packages?
Mail services are located inside the NEO Bookstore in the Bruce G. Carter Student Union.

• Regular Hours (Fall & Spring):
  Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM

• Summer Hours:
  Monday – Thursday, 7:15 AM to 4:30 PM

• Note: The Bookstore and Mail Services are closed whenever the campus is officially closed.

📬 What is my mailing address?
Use the following format:

➡️ Make sure you use the name the student is registered under at NEO.
❌ Nicknames, parent names, or partial names (like "My Baby Boy" or just a last name) are not acceptable and may delay delivery.

📦 What happens when I receive mail or a package?
When your mail or package arrives, it is scanned, and you’ll get a notification in your NEO email letting you know it’s ready for pickup.

✉️ How do I send mail from campus?

• Bring your item to the NEO Bookstore.

• Mail is weighed and metered, and you’ll be informed of the cost.

• Once payment is made, the label is created, and your mail is sent.
  📝 Postage cannot be charged to your student account—it must be paid before mailing.

Already have a pre-paid label on your package? You can simply drop it off at the Bookstore for carrier pickup.

⏳ What if I don’t pick up my mail?

• Mail left unclaimed 10 days after the end of the term will be shredded or recycled.

• Large packages may be returned to the sender, if possible.

📦 Amazon Locker Option:
Amazon Lockers are also available in the Student Union. If you prefer this option, select it when placing your Amazon order.
⚠️ Note: The NEO Post Office does not manage or monitor Amazon Lockers.
